  • Brianna Fank, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor | Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I love celebrating my clients wins with them. I strive for a laid back authentic approach to therapy focusing on the relationship firstly. I believe a good laugh is just as important in therapy as the hard work. I want to treat people like people, not like numbers. I'm not perfect and I don't expect my clients to be. I gravitate towards motivational interviewing, DBT, and CBT approaches. I also really enjoy using EMDR to assist with processing trauma and negative belief systems. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am comfortable with individual, family, and couples therapy.

  • Terry Hummel, LPCC

    Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

My name is Terry, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor. I believe in empowerment and helping people see their full potential. I have worked with adults and adolescents in their journey to better mental health. I think all of us have resilience to succeed, even through trauma and life's setbacks. I am passionate about what I do and the importance of positive mental health and self-care. I utilized strength-based techniques and solution focused therapy that align with my client's beliefs. For my own self-care, I garden, sing for my own enjoyment and go for brisk walks.

  • Tamia Smith, LMHC

    Clinical Mental Health Counselor

I graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I provide a safe, supportive, and multicultural environment where clients ages 14 and older feel seen, heard, and respected. Using a person-centered approach, I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop insight, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Together, we work toward meaningful growth, emotional well-being, and practical skills that support lasting change.

  • Ren Rouse, LMSW

    Licensed Master Social Worker

I know what it's like to feel stuck in the past. I know what it feels like to suspect that you are beyond help, or the capacity to heal. I know how scary those places can be. But the fact that you're here, means that you haven't lost hope. Welcome, and I am so happy you are here. Healing the mind can take many different forms. It can look like building a stronger and safer sense of Self. Or a deeper acceptance of all the 'parts' that make your mind what it is. It often also means bringing our bodies into the story. Rewiring the brain with gentle compassion and patience takes time, but it is possible. I specialize in working with people who are seeking to heal from childhood sexual abuse, or sexual assault at any point on the life continuum, personality disorders, narc abuse, chronic illness and CPTSD. I utilize Somatic Therapy and Internal Family Systems among others. As a queer therapist, I also love working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe that we were never meant to go through so much alone, and that true healing does not happen in a vacuum. We are intrinsically social creatures who naturally seek connection. I believe that it is in those good and healthy connections that we rebuild, restore, and ultimately recover from what ails us.
